MucchandipalliMucchandipalli Mosque also known as Muccunti Mosque is among the oldest mosques in Kozhikode. Located at Kuttichira the mosque is constructed in a traditional Kerala style it stands on a 1.5m high plinth and also has a semi-circular mihrab (prayer niche). It holds 13th century vattezhuthu (inscriptions) which tells the history of the Zamorins of Kozhikode.
