Mark is a co founder of HelpMeGo.To in the UK and brings a lot of marketing and sales expertise to the team as well as a key rock roadie look to the team as a whole. He likes phones answered quickly and customers dealt with promptly. He's not good in the heat, but mad dogs and englishmen notwishtstanding he keeps going motivating the team.

A hotelier by profession, with an experience of 10 Yrs in Hospitality industry in different management positions.After his successful career in Hotel industry he entered the Travel business in 2004. In 2006 he founded HelpMeGo.To India with Sholto and leads the team in India

Aji joined KarmaKerala at the very beginning of the project in late 2005 as our designer and general solve computer problems. Now he runs the whole design team and oversees our programmers and writers with a paternal and every helpful hand.

Venu is a storehouse of energy. He cracks up the place with his witty oneliners and dramatic narratives. There is never a dull moment with Venu around. He is likely to be caught dead with his cell phone. Forever appeasing the clients over long distance calls, he chalks out itineraries for the guests, makes sure that they are comfortable and imparts his in-depth knowledge. Its almost like he has an inbuilt speedometer. Ask him the exact distance between any two locations in Kerala. Pat comes the reply without batting an eyelid.

Tijo is the kind of person one will always spot laughing. His ability to look at the lighter side of life at all times makes him endearing. Adventurous. He is our Tour Manager and travels around finding unusual and interesting destination for our guests and clicks away lovely photographs of the resorts and hotels. A period of seclusion for religious contemplation will not keep this soul away from music.

Mathew is the man who ensures that coins jingle in our pockets every month. And for this exact reason we make sure that this guy is kept happy. We even give him a monthly chocolate facial to keep him in good spirits! Mathew is our accountant who keeps stock of all money transactions - what comes in and what goes out. With his dimpled smile and wise cracks, Mathew remains unfazed at all times. He is a true sport , but nothing misses his watchful, scrutinizing eyes.

The young lad with a killer smile is none other than 'Sreejesh’ fondly referred to as ‘Sree’. He looks after the administrative chores and lends a very helpful hand to Mathew. Be it visiting a bank or tracking a bill, Sreejesh is the man. For the same reason, his phone is almost like an extension of his ear. He is an all-rounder who smoothens creases along the way. And one would never miss that million dollar smile on his face.

Smartness is the middle name of our  hunky cabbie, Ratheesh, who has an uncanny knack to spice up even a mundane day. Quick witted and sprightly, Rathish has a huge fan following both on and off our office thanks to his antics and spicy one liners. An expert chauffeur, who knows every  nook and corner  of Kerala like the back of his hands, Rathish often comes up with interesting trivia and tips. Rathish can only be seen with a smiling face even at the end of a long and daunting day behind the wheels and unearthly working hours.

Lola is the most adorable thing that has happened to HMGT. This little bundle of joy won hearts the very first day it landed here. So much so that our lunch and coffee breaks are peppered with ''Lola tales'. So each time somebody goes 'awwww', we bet its something that Lola has done. Lola runs around like it owns the place and she has become such an integral part of our team. She is full of fun, mischief, playful spunk and affection. Though her unexpected licks and nibbles have resulted in some of us letting out shrieks, we all swear that she is one of the cutest things around.
