Sholto Ramsay - Managing Director

Sholto oversees the KarmaKerala operation from his office in Edinburgh with frequent flying visits to the main team in Cochin. He started KarmaKerala in 2006 with Thejal and Tijo. The team now numbers 35 based in Cochin. As Director of HelpMeGo.To Ltd he also runs TravelScotland and GoBananas with business partner Mark Scott.

Sholto fell in love with India after visiting as a journalist to cover the ill-fated visit of Prince Charles and Princess Diana. He stays in Kerala 5 or 6 times a year working in the office or travelling around. He speaks with the team every morning on skype to discuss new customers and the new things happening around Kerala.
