In brain gym there are 24 types of exercises out of which only relatively easy ones practiced in the schools. The most important among them are ‘brain buttons’ enabling to do multi-tasks simultaneously and ‘cross crawl’ for slow eye movement so as to integrate the right and left side of the brain so that it helps planning and execution.
