Indians – Best Bargainers for Hotel Rooms

An international survey conducted by hotels.com across 29 countries reveals Indians are the best bargain hunters as they got rooms at the rate of Rs 4950 per night.

25 out of 29 countries paid more abroad than at home. Indians paid Rs 3266 a night more on an average when travelled abroad. In this category the tally of Argenineans was Rs 3627, Japanese Rs 3521and Chinese Rs 3221.

In more than two-thirds of the countries travelled Indian paid more.

Indian travellers ranked 19^th in the table of biggest spenders with an average figure of Rs 8216.
