Her avalose unda (avulose made of rice flour and coconut which is mixed with jaggery and made ball is avalose unda) has more takers as it is oil-free and tasty.
Kalpana Sanghi’s Dal Roti restaurant in Fort Kochi sells authentic north Indian cuisine. She never refrigerates the foods which are made from fresh vegetables and tender meat. No bye-pass of strict quality control here.
