Excellent, The agent, Tijo, listened to my criteria for a homestay, then found an appropriate one for us. I received an email r.e. my first enquiry, then I followed up with a phone call. Our accomodations were paid for before we got there, which made the trip easier and less of a hassle. We had no problems, but felt that we were able to contact Karma Kerala if we had had problems. We didn't have a driver, but instead took buses in Kerala. The family's cooking was excellent! We loved it and wish we could have stayed longer. Pappachan's House homestay was definitely the highlight of our 6 week stay in India. FANTASTIC!!!
