Fabulous Trip, Excellent hotel & travel booking arrangements. Bristow at Fort Kochi was a real find (great location & great room) though they still need to gain experience and have a bar service. Highlight of the trip was the overnight stay on the boat & kumarakom lake resort.

kumarakom lake resort : Excellent facilities and the room with preivate pool was great - they could have an independent bar in a lake facing setting and also another speciality restaurant ! Good and prompt advice and service

The first general enquiry (planning a short trip to kerala..)went witout a response but the second one when specifically about a hotel went superbly - everything super thereon..

Did not have any bother - everything was well arranged! would have loved to talk to Tijo towards the end though!

Driver was Excellent, though speaking hindi (which was fine for me) - some english would have been good for my fiancé!

though terribly terribly hot (as in chilly) - more fusion and creative food could be welcome! food on the boat was astounding!

Bristow hotel for its location, kumarakom lake resort for relaxation and its serene surroundings!
