Meditation

Meditation is a simple technique to control the mind and to relax the body. During meditation the mind becomes free of thoughts whereby the brain gets rest. Fundamentally, the meditation is levered on concentration. Like a camera or gun focuses on an object, the mind focuses on a matter regardless of anything around. The focus may be on breathing or silent repeating of a word or phrase. During meditation the mind should not deviate to other areas other than focused.
