Cauliflower Curry


  • Cauliflower-500 grams
  • Tomato Chopped - 100 grams
  • Onion Chopped - 200 grams
  • Ginger finely chopped -1 teaspoon
  • Garlic finely chopped - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam Masala - 2 tea spoon
  • Chilly Powder- 1 tea spoon
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Curry leaves- 2
  • Mustard seed – a pinch
  • Oil – 100ml
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Water – ½ cup
  • Coriender leaves – 10 grams


  1. Heat oil, put mustard seed, curry leaves, chopped onion, chopped ginger, garlic,sauté till it gets brown in color.

    Now add 2 tea spoon full of Garam  masala powder, 1 tea spoon chilly powder, ½ tea spoon turmeric powder and salt to taste. Pour little water and bring it to boil.

    Now add chopped tomato, cauliflower and stir well. Cook for 20mins, garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with chapatti or rice.
