Mutton Masala


  • Mutton : 1/2 Kg
  • Tomato : 1
  • Big Onion : 1
  • Potato : 1
  • Ginger : 1 Piece
  • garlic : 6 Numbers
  • Maida : 1/2 spoon
  • Pepper Powder : 1 spoon
  • Red Chilli powder: 1 spoon
  • Termeric Powder : 1/2 spoon
  • Coconut oil : 3/4 cup
  • Coconut milk : 1/4 cup
  • Salt : for taste


  1. 1.First cut the Mutton into thin and small pieces.clean it with water.

  2. 2.Then Make a paste of Ginger and Garlic . Add This into claned Mutton.

  3. 3.Then Add Chilli powder, Termeric Powder, Salt and water into this.

  4. 4.Then Boil it In a pressure cooker. After cooked seperate the pieces and Stock Water.

  5. 5.Put cocounut oil in a frying Pan.

  6. 6.Then Fry The Mutton Pieces in it and set aside.

  7. 7.Add Tomato, Maida, Stock water,pepper powder, salt and Cocount milk into cocount oil(used for frying the mutton) and make it thick gravy .

  8. 8.Take the fried mutton pieces in a plate and Pour the gravy over the already fried mutton pieces.

  9. 9.Onion and Potato cut into thin lengthy pieces like chips and fry it in Coconut oil.

  10. 10.Garnish The Dish With above fried onion and potato.
