Tasi's Pork Vindaloo


  • Pork - 1 Kilo
  • Garlic- 1 Handful
  • Ginger- Little
  • Mustard- Little
  • Vinegar-To taste
  • Chilli powder- 1 Ts


  1. Put Mustard 11/2 spoon, pour little vinger and keep it for sometime,

  2. Make a paste of ginger, garlic and then pour vinegar in the mix.

  3. Add oil in the vessel

  4. Put the garlic paste and sort it well,

  5. When the mix smells good...

  6. Add the mustard mix along with chilli powder and mix it well,

  7. Put the pork, add salt

  8.  Peel off the skin of the drumstick tree and add the greenish part (optional)

  9. Mix the combination well

  10. If the dish is prepared in the cooker, wait for 4 whistles. Add more vinegar for more taste

  11. Enjoy the delicious treat, hot and spicy with Rice
